Day 13: Bodrum Castle, Mausoleum Cold shower again. Breakfast adequate. Anne complained to reception about the water. Bus to the castle. Long walk around. Got author of book on amphoras to sign the book. Left the castle, some drifted off, most walked to Mausoleum. Anne fell on bum along the way. Mausoleum empty hole. Walked back to water's edge. Some more drifted off. 7 stayed and had lunch. Nice mixed salad. Then we broke up and wandered away. Anne found bank, withdrew too much money, touch screen doesn't need touching. Then we wandered around, met up with Jenny and Co. Then met Lindy and Carolyn. Walked back to hotel the log way along the ebach. Long walk. Guard stopped us out front, and we eventually understood what he was saying and hit the bottles of water. Strange. They wanted us to buy everything in the club at good profit, and not bring stuff in from outside. So we had to hide our purchases. Hot water was promised. No hot water arrived. Did heaps of washing. Cold shower. Short dinner, back to room. Postcards written. Anne watched Turkish FX2.
